Tutte le richieste tra Linea Viaggi Srl e i loro clienti si svolgerà in forma scritta (tramite e-mail o fax). Le vostre richieste devono essere inviate tramite fax o e-mail indicando tutte le seguenti informazioni di base:
- Name of Group/Client and number of participants - Arrival and Departure dates - Hotel Category and Basis (BB, HB, FB) - Transfer requirements - Guide requirements - Schematic day by day itinerary indicating all sightseeing and excursion requirements
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
1. Upon acceptance of our quotation, our Booking Division will then proceed in making all necessary reservations. Please note that we will always mention the names of the hotels on which our quotation was based, but if at the time of reservation that particular hotel is not available, we will try to select one of the same category and rate. Should there be a difference in the rate of the hotel confirmed, then the relative supplement or decreased amount will be advised immediately for your acceptance. However, we will always do everything possible to maintain the same rates.
2. With your final confirmation, we request a 30 % deposit of total amount due in order to guarantee all services. Full payment, along with the complete rooming-list and final itinerary, must be received no later than three weeks prior to the clients' arrival in Italy. Any additional request after that date, will be invoiced separately. If payments are not received within the terms above mentioned, Linea Viaggi srl is entitled to cancel the booking. Under exceptional circumstances additional deposits may be required and they will be indicated at the time of our final confirmation. For late bookings, full payment is due at the moment of your confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
GROUPS
- 30% of the total amount due will be debited for cancellations received between 45 and 31 days prior to the Group's arrival, plus any additional expenses/requirements requested by suppliers. - 50% of the total amount due will be debited for cancellations received between 30 and 15days prior to the Group's arrival. - 80% of the total amount due will be debited for cancellations received between 14 and 07 days prior to the Group's arrival. - 100% of the total amount due will be debited for cancellations received between 07 and 01 days prior to the Group's arrival and for 'no-show', therefore no refund.
If additional penalties are applied, due to different hotel policies, they will be indicated at the time of our offer.
COMPLAINTS
Linea Viaggi srl has to be informed immediately by clients about any complaints that may occur during the tour. If you do not bring any such complain to our attention in accordance with this clause you will seriously reduce your ability to make a claim because you have denied us the opportunity to address the problem. On your return you have 7 days to write us your complain (telephone calls are not taken into account). We will not accept any form of liability for claims received after that date. In the unlikely event of any legal dispute the competent court is deemed to be where the organization has its legal domicile, in this case in Rome.
RESPONSIBILITY
Linea Viaggi srl is responsible to you in making arrangements for the tour services offered, including transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodation. The carries, hotels, and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, servants of, or in joint venture with the Company. Linea Viaggi srl does not assume any liability whatsoever for damage, loss, injury, death, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of default by any hotel, carrier, restaurant, or other person rendering any of the services included in the tour or by force majeure. Metha Travel reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary whenever the company deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the participants and to cancel a tour at any time. No responsibility is assumed for any delay or damage due to illness, strikes, government restraints, labour disputes, machine breakdown, acts of terrorism, weather or any other causes beyond Linea Viaggi srll's control.
